I don't have a web cam.
We will send you a complimentary one to use and after your first purchase, it's a gift to keep.
I don't know how to use a web cam.
It's simple. Simply plug and play. Your Expert can provide technical assistance.
How do we meet via web cam? Does it cost money?
It's free. It's easy. You will meet with your Expert through Skype, a free, online software application. Your Expert will give you specific instructions on how to create a free account and how to connect together.
Do we have to meet face to face on web cam?
Yes. Your Expert can only serve you best if she can visually see you and interact with you live to determine how the clothing fits, looks, feels and functions. Talking on the phone or by email is simply not adequate for us to provide the level or Service we are committed to providing you.
What brands do you carry?
It's difficult to answer this question as our vendor list grows and changes as we add or edit our collection based on availability and demand. The best way to answer this is to say we offer an edited selection of the best based on selection criteria and we offer a variety of mainstream brands you would find at high-end department stores in addition to unique, boutique brands to help our clients differentiate themselves from the masses. If you like a specific brand, tell your Expert and if we don't already carry it, we may if it meets our selection criteria.
How much does it cost to use your Service?
Rather than calculate separate shipping, personalized sourcing and consultation fees, we've simply rolled the cost of our services into our product pricing. If you value the convenience of having a personal Style Expert select items just for you, coordinate it into outfits, send it directly to you anywhere in the US and Canada, and provide honest feedback on how it actually looks and fits; then you are probably a great fit for Hendricks Park. I have a hard time finding clothing because I am very short, very tall, have long arms, etc...can you serve my clothing needs?
We would rather under promise and over deliver. The best answer is let us try. We have many clients who have struggled due to their size or physique and have found great success and satisfaction working with our Experts. Special Note: Please understand that stylish options in waist size 46 and larger are not widely available in the market today. While we feel this is an underserved market, we are not able to adequately serve men of this physique yet.
What if I need to have something altered or tailored? Do you do that?
Alterations are not included in our standard Service at this time. Instead, we help you find a conveniently located tailor in your area and will provide instructions to print out and give to the tailor to aid in the alterations experience and help ensure the finished product is to your liking. Your Expert can meet with you after the alterations are complete to verify the final fit and look is superb. We hope to offer additional alterations services in the near future.
